Verify the port number in the Login Settings dialog box.Verify that the user is not restricted by an unintentional ISV option on the server.Problem: The client software does not launch. Verify the server status and check for error messages in the log. The Debug log can provide some clues about the server’s operation.By default, it should be placed in the Vectorworks Site Protection Server folder. Make sure that the license file in the correct folder.If there is still a problem, reinstall the Vectorworks server software, which will reinstall the dongle driver. If it is not on, try plugging it into a different USB port and/or restart the server machine. Verify that the dongle is plugged in and that the light is on.Client/Server Issues Problem: The Vectorworks server software does not launch.
